About the result

What the score does, and what it cannot do

We identify the product first. A barcode can point to a particular size and market. It cannot prove that an item is genuine, and packaging sometimes outlives a formula change.
We keep the ingredient source with the record. If a product is missing, it waits for a person to check it. We do not borrow a result from a similarly named product.
The report follows fixed rules. It reads formula roles, constitution signals, routine placement, and common watch flags from the published INCI list. Ingredients near the beginning carry more weight.
